La lumi\u00e8re du soleil et le vent, par exemple, constituent de telles sources qui se renouvellent constamment. Les sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelables sont abondantes et sont pr\u00e9sentes partout autour de nous.<\/p>\n<section class=\"region region-content\">\n<section id=\"block-system-main\" class=\"block block-system clearfix\">\n<div id=\"node-178952\" class=\"node node-article clearfix\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"article-body\">\n<p>En revanche, les combustibles fossiles (charbon, p\u00e9trole et gaz) sont des ressources non renouvelables qui mettent des centaines de millions d\u2019ann\u00e9es \u00e0 se constituer. Les combustibles fossiles, lorsqu\u2019ils sont br\u00fbl\u00e9s pour produire de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, provoquent des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre nocifs, tels que le dioxyde de carbone.<\/p>\n<p>La production d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable\u00a0<span class=\"pdf-en-link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/unece.org\/sites\/default\/files\/2021-10\/LCA-2.pdf\">g\u00e9n\u00e8re bien moins d\u2019\u00e9missions<\/a><\/span>\u00a0que la combustion de combustibles fossiles. Afin de faire face \u00e0 la crise climatique, il est primordial de passer des combustibles fossiles, qui sont actuellement \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la majeure partie des \u00e9missions, aux sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelables.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9nergies renouvelables sont d\u00e9sormais moins ch\u00e8res dans la plupart des pays et permettent de cr\u00e9er trois fois plus d\u2019emplois que les combustibles fossiles.<\/p>\n<div class=\"topmargin-sm gray-bg\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row topmargin-sm bottommargin-sm\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<h2>Voici quelques sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelables courantes :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-12\">\n<figure class=\"bottommargin-sm\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sites\/un2.un.org\/files\/icon-transparent2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<h3>\u00c9NERGIE SOLAIRE<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire est la plus abondante de toutes les ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et peut m\u00eame \u00eatre exploit\u00e9e par temps nuageux. La vitesse \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire est intercept\u00e9e par la Terre est environ <span class=\"pdf-en-link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipcc.ch\/site\/assets\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Chapter-3-Direct-Solar-Energy-1.pdf\">10\u00a0000\u00a0fois sup\u00e9rieure<\/a><\/span>\u00a0\u00e0 la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019humanit\u00e9 consomme de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Les technologies de l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire permettent de produire de la chaleur, du froid, de l\u2019\u00e9clairage naturel, de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et des carburants pour une multitude d\u2019applications. Elles consistent \u00e0 convertir la lumi\u00e8re du soleil en \u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique, soit au moyen de panneaux photovolta\u00efques, soit au moyen de miroirs qui concentrent le rayonnement solaire.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si tous les pays ne disposent pas de la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire, l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire directe peut contribuer de mani\u00e8re importante au bouquet \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de chaque pays.<\/p>\n<p>Les co\u00fbts de fabrication des panneaux solaires ont chut\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on spectaculaire au cours de ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es\u00a0: non seulement sont-ils devenus abordables, mais il s\u2019agit souvent de la forme d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 la moins ch\u00e8re. Si l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne est utilis\u00e9e depuis des mill\u00e9naires, les technologies terrestres et en mer ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 au cours de ces quelques derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 maximiser l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des turbines plus hautes et \u00e0 des rotors de plus grand diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que la vitesse moyenne du vent varie consid\u00e9rablement d\u2019un endroit \u00e0 l\u2019autre, le\u00a0<span class=\"pdf-en-link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipcc.ch\/site\/assets\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Chapter-7-Wind-Energy-1.pdf\">potentiel technique de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne<\/a><\/span>\u00a0dans le monde est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la production mondiale d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et, dans la plupart des r\u00e9gions, le potentiel est amplement suffisant pour permettre un d\u00e9ploiement important de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses r\u00e9gions du monde connaissent des vents forts, mais les meilleurs endroits pour produire de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne sont parfois \u00e9loign\u00e9s. La production peut s\u2019effectuer \u00e0 partir de r\u00e9servoirs et de rivi\u00e8res.
